TRADING CENTER AT THE NORTH OF DETOUR ROUTE OF DONG TRIEU WARD

1.    Location: Hong Phong commune, Dong Trieu Town, Quang Ninh province, Vietnam.

Location Description: the area which is at the North of detour route of Dong Trieu ward, is near the National Route No. 18 and far from Dong Trieu town center around 1 km, Ha Long City around 60km, Noi Bai International Airport around 80km and Hai Phong Cat Bi Airport around 50 km.

+ The north is adjacent to Dam river;

+ The East is adjacent to vocational driving school;

+ The South is adjacent to National Route No. 18;

+ The West is adjacent to residential area and Dam River.

2.    Aim: to invest the infastructre business and trading service zone.

3.    Scale: Researched areas: around 35 hectares

4.    Land use situation: agricultural land.

5.    Total expected investment: proposed by investors

6.    Investment method: 100% of non-state budget or proposed budget by the Investors.

7.    Project progress: 2016 - 2020

8.    Project situation: Planning mission was approved; subzone planning is being completed, project investment has not temporarily been made;

9.    Basis for project establishment:

- Pursuant to Decision No. 2622/QĐ-TTg, dated December 31, 2013 of Prime Minister approving the planning construction of Quang Ninh province socio-economic development to 2020 and the view of next 2030;

- Pursuant to Decision No. 1588/QĐ-UBND dated July 28, 2014 of People’s Committee of Quang Ninh Province approving the general planning of Quang Ninh area to 2030 and the view of next 2050 and after 2050;

- Pursuant to Decision No. 1618/QĐ-UBND dated July 9, 2015 of People’s Committee of Quang Ninh province approving the general planning of Dong Trieu Town socio-economic development to 2030 and the view of next 2030.

- Pursuant to Decision No. 1412/QĐ-UBND dated December 19 2011 of People’s Committee of Quang Ninh province “approving the construction subzone planning of two side of detour route of Dong Trieu Town with the scale of 1/2000”;

- The current legislation documents.

10. Socio-economic effects brought by the project: when the project finishes and comes into use, the demands of trading service, high quality products and diversified tourism products of locality in particular and Quang Ninh province in general will be met; developing the advantages and potentialities of central zones creates more jobs and improves the local materials and spiritual lives as well as increases the Quang Ninh province’s economic tourism and service development.

11.  Preferred policies:

Implemented according to regulation of the law on investment and policies of Quang Ninh province.

12. Investment supports of Quang Ninh province:

1.  In terms of land acquisition: Quang Ninh province has responsibilities to supply guidance, land confiscation; compensation; supports and resettlement according to the regulation.

2.  In terms of infrastructure: project is supported with electric, water and means of communication.

1.  In terms of labors: project is supported with suitable recruiting laborers.

2.  In terms of administrative procedure: project is supported with administrative procedure settlement according to one-door mechanism and ultimate supports to investors while implementing the project;
