KHE CHE GOLF AND LUXURY RESORT

1.    Location: An Sinh village, Dong Trieu Town, Quang Ninh Province, Vietnam.

Location Description: the area with a potential and strong terrain for Golf construction and a beautiful landscape with Khe Che lake matches for relaxing; the area is far from Dong Trieu town center around 8 km, Ha Long City around 60km, Noi Bai International Airport around 80km, Hai Phong Cat Bi Airport around 50 km, National Route No. 18 around 8km, Ha Noi – Ha Long (as planning) highway line around 1km.

+ The North is adjacent to the hilly land for forest cultivation;

+ The West and the South are adjacent to land for cultivation perennial trees and current residential area;

+ The East is adjacent to hilly land for cultivation of forest and perennial tree.

2.    Aims: to build up a 27 holes Golf, luxury ecotourism resort with diversified tourism products which develop advantages of terrain and landscape in compliant with demands of economic development and landscape environmental protection.

3.    Scale: Researched areas: around 270 hectares.

4.    Land use situation: hilly land for production forest, perennial trees, areas for water surface. 

5.    Total expected investment: proposed by investors.

6.    Investment method: 100% of non-state budget or proposed budget by the Investors.

7.    Project progress: 2016 - 2020

8.    Project situation: Project is updated to the general planning; its planning and project investment have not temporarily been made;

9.    Basis for project establishment:

- Pursuant to Decision No. 2622/QĐ-TTg, dated December 31, 2013 of Prime Minister approving the planning construction of Quang Ninh province socio-economic development to 2020 and the view of next 2030;

- Pursuant to Decision No. 1588/QĐ-UBND dated July 28, 2014 of People’s Committee of Quang Ninh Province approving the general planning of Quang Ninh area to 2030 and the view of next 2050 and after 2050;

- Pursuant to Decision No. 1618/QĐ-UBND dated July 9, 2015 of People’s Committee of Quang Ninh province approving the general planning of Dong Trieu Town socio-economic development to 2030 and the view of next 2030.

- The current legislation documents.

10. Socio-economic effects brought by the project: when the project finishes and comes into use, the demands of international and domestic tourists’ service and tourism will be met. It also diversifies the local tourism products in particular and Quang Ninh province in general; developing the advantages and potentialities of Khe Che lake, An Sinh commune, Dong Trieu town, Quang Ninh province creates more jobs and improves the local materials and spiritual lives as well as increases the economic tourism and service development of Quang Ninh province.

11. Preferred policies: Implemented according to regulation of the law on investment and policies of Quang Ninh province.

12. Investment supports of Quang Ninh province:

1.    In terms of land acquisition: Quang Ninh province has responsibilities to supply guidances, land confiscation; compensation; supports and resettlement according to the regulation.

2.  In terms of infrastructure: project is supported with electric, water and means of communication.

3.  In terms of labors: project is supported with suitable recruiting laborers.

4.    In terms of administrative procedure: project is supported with administrative procedure settlement according to one-door mechanism and ultimate supports to investors while implementing the project;
